Personal Trainer & Wellbeing Therapist

My biggest reason for becoming a personal trainer was to share the benefits that come with living a strong and healthy lifestyle.  Training with me will not only be about how you look on the outside but about how strong, happy and confident you feel on the inside.  I hope to inspire you to take control of your own health, set goals and make positive choices, help you to understand your strengths and weaknesses and to believe in yourself. I understand that being healthy and fit looks and feels different for everyone, and it's about working with what you've got to become the best version of yourself. 

As a mother and a woman over 40, I know first hand how much harder maintaining wellness can become.  Wisdom isn’t the only thing that comes with age. Our bodies change too. We experience muscle loss, a slowed metabolism, stubborn fat, lower energy. As we age, strength or resistance training becomes key to adding new muscle mass and maintaining good overall health and bone density.  With a background in Muay Thai/Kickboxing, combing a mixture of training methods, I will help to empower you, increase energy levels, give confidence and leave you feeling strong and unbreakable. My aim is to make you have fun exercising while getting your stronger, fitter and feeling amazing!  

Although now retired from competition, Kaysey is a former Muay Thai fighter, having fought several amatuer bouts, as well as professional Muay Thai and Boxing matches in Australia and New Zealand.  She has the experience and knowledge to coach proper technique as well as encourage, inspire and uplift.
