As a mother & a woman over 40, I know first hand how much harder maintaining wellness can become. Wisdom isn't the only thing that comes with age. Our bodies change too. We experience muscle loss, a slowed metabolism, stubborn fat & lower energy among other things. As we age, strength & resistance training becomes key to adding new muscle mass and maintaining overall health & bone density. With a background in Muay Thai?kickboxing, combining a mixture of training methods, I will help to empower you, increase energy levels, grow confidence & leave you feeling strong & unbreakable. My aim is to make you have fun exercising whilst you get stronger, fitter and feel amazing!
